Where we deliver

We currently deliver within India only. If a pin code cannot be served, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund of anything paid.

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery options and charges

The delivery options available for your order, their charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be longer for remote areas or during festivals and severe weather.

Tracking

Once dispatched, we email you the order status. You can also check it any time on the Track Order page with your order number.

Cash on delivery

Please keep the exact amount ready. Orders refused at the door without a valid reason may lose cash on delivery eligibility for future orders.

Damaged in transit

If the package looks tampered with or damaged, you may refuse it, or accept it and report it to us within 48 hours under our Return & Refund Policy.
