Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
Change of mind
Unused items in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories, can be returned within the return window. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be deducted from the refund; we will tell you the amount before you send the item.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened or used (for example oral care, skincare tools, face rollers)
- Items damaged through misuse, or not in their original condition
- Items without their original packaging, tags or accessories
This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund for an item that arrives damaged or defective.
How to request a return
- Sign in and open a support ticket from your account, or email support@primebazar.co.in.
- Include your order number, the item, the reason and photos where relevant.
- We will confirm eligibility and share pickup or return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will issue the refund within 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders the refund is made by bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide. For online payments the refund goes back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
